What we collect
When you request an offer or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, property details and anything else you choose to share. Our website may also record basic technical and advertising-attribution information, such as the page visited, browser information and campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, assess whether the property fits our buying criteria, prepare or discuss an offer, maintain our records, measure advertising and protect the website from abuse.
Service providers and transaction partners
We use service providers to operate website intake, customer records, calling, texting, hosting and security. If a property may fit, we may also share information needed to evaluate or complete a transaction with a funding partner, investment partner, lawyer or potential assignee. We do not sell form submissions as stand-alone marketing leads.
Calls and texts
If you submit your phone number, you authorize us to call or text about the property request. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of further texts.
Advertising measurement
Our site may use browser storage and campaign identifiers to remember how a visit began and measure which pages or advertisements produced a request. These identifiers are used for attribution and website improvement, not to decide the terms of an offer.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must retain.
