Who is behind the website

One Prairie-focused home-buying brand, with one accountable process.

Sell As-Is Canada is a private real estate investment business reviewing properties in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We are not a brokerage, lender, law firm or government service.

What we do

We give homeowners another route to consider.

A direct as-is offer is useful when condition, timing or effort matters more than exposing the property to every possible buyer.

We review the address and property details, estimate the likely resale value and work required, and decide whether there is a purchase structure we can responsibly offer. If there is, the price, conditions and closing path belong in writing.

Depending on the property and agreement, Sell As-Is Canada may purchase directly, purchase with a funding or investment partner, or assign its contractual interest to another investor. Your own lawyer should explain those rights before you sign.

What happens when you contact us

Technology helps with intake. A person is responsible for the property decision.

Calls may first be answered by an automated assistant so you can leave the address, timing and best callback details at any hour. It does not set a binding price or give legal advice. A person reviews the property information and follows up.

First conversation

We ask about condition, occupancy, timing and what outcome matters most. You do not need to prepare the house for that conversation.

Property review

We examine relevant sales, visible or reported repairs, carrying costs and transaction risk. More information may be needed before a firm agreement.

Written decision

If there is a fit, the written offer controls. If there is not, we should say so instead of forcing the property into the wrong solution.

Trust the paperwork, not the pitch

What you can verify before you sign.

A polished website cannot prove a buyer is right for you. Clear terms, visible math and independent advice can.

1
A written offerRead the price, conditions, deposit, closing date and every exit clause.
2
The major offer inputsAsk what fixed-up value, repairs and risk allowance were used.
3
Your own legal adviceHave an independent lawyer explain the agreement before you commit.
4
Who may complete the purchaseAsk whether the signer may purchase directly, use an investment partner or assign the agreement. The contract should answer that clearly.
5
No up-front paymentYou should not pay us a fee or deposit to receive an offer.
